I really don't know my Costa Rica birds..... Guessing maybe an Oran-crowned warbler? Think it might be one we don't get here in the US

I could see #2 as an OCWA. Not 100% though, since I can't be sure there aren't any similar endemics to rule out...my CR field guide is on the way, so I'll get back to you
