Two Ducks In Flight (Teal? Shoveler?)

Hi - this photo was taken here in southern cal. a few days ago at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary. I've gone through the Sibley Guide and am unable to ID the first duck with the white primary color in its wings and also the secondary black/green along with its dark brown body nor the second duck in flight at rear of photo

Any help greatly appreciated

The one on the left is a Blue-winged Teal, the one on the right is a Green-winged Teal.

Actually the bird on the left looks like an eclipse-male Cinnamon Teal, which is more common in your area. A Blue-winged wouldn't show a red eye and would be grayer with a slightly more obvious face pattern.
