That's a Lesser Scaup due do a more peaked head and a purpleish gloss

Agree with Lesser Scaup, based on the head shape and small black nail on the bill, but I wanted to point out that the color of the gloss on the head isn't a particularly good clue -- it can change depending on the angle of the lighting. It's something to use when sorting through a mixed flock, but you wouldn't want to depend upon it if you were reporting one out of range.

Also like psweet said Greater has a larger black nail on the bill
