Cooper or Sharpie

Western NY (10/13/12), wondering if it's a Cooper's or Sharp-shinned Hawk (not a good judge of size).

Distinctly rounded tail feathers, shorter outer tail feathers, gray auriculars, looks like a male Cooper's.
Size isn't much use when distinguishing these guys -- the difference between a male Coop and a female Sharpie is ~1 inch!

Here's a pic of an immature that was with the above adult - getting conflicting ID's on if it's a cooper or sharpie. Any more inputs? Thanks.

Based on the underside spotting, and without a clearer view of the tail, that looks like a Cooper's.
