Which Plover?

Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, 10/16/12. I'm thinking this might be an American Golden Plover, rather than the more-common-here Black-bellied. Both are seen here, range maps aside. Note the Killdeer and the Gull cooperatively standing by for size comparison :) .

I'm thinking American Golden due to the supercilium and also the bird had quite a dark crown, which really isn't apparent in the photo. The wing pattern looks like what I'm seeing for a juv. American Golden. I'd say it was slightly larger than the Killdeer.
