Yellow Rumped?

Is this a yellow rumped warbler? My first impression was blackpoll, but something didn't look right in the face and I think I may be seeing a bit of yellow on the rump in two of the pics. Not sure though. Thanks in advance.

Actually, I haven't updated it in a while. I'm up to 178 now - maybe I'll update before I head to bed. As far as the ones in my signature now, only the Least Bittern was seen near Charlevoix (Boyne City, actually), the Black-backed woodpecker, Blackpoll Warbler and Red-necked Grebe were seen in the U.P. around Whitefish Point.
