Grackle

Reviewing some pictures from the Texas coast trip and found this one. Grackle with a more brown eye than all others, dark head, blue body. I believe this is the Boat-tailed Grackle.

I agree with Boat-tailed. They also seem to have a steeper forehead angle making the head look more rounded.
