I'm green with envy! We may have to take a trip this weekend! Very nice find
The owl has been sited in the same building several times by local birders. It is the long barracks building that is roughly S/SW of the entrance, across the parade grounds. It lives in the N/E corner of the building. The park is actually closed this time of year, but you can park at the gate and walk thru the grounds (The sign on the gate even says so). I guess I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the sign warning about Black Bears in the area. Send me an e-mail if you have any questions.Mac

Good timber does not grow with ease:
The stronger wind, the stronger trees.
The further sky, the greater length,
The more the storm, the more their strength.
