Saw this guy in Austin Texas over the weekend.

What a beauty. Any help in its identification would be appreciated.

Thanks so much! I was stunned when we came upon it perched on the bridge rail right off the road. I have a video of him flying from a tree branch to this position on the rail. Thanks again!
