Please confirm Great Blue Heron

I'm still relatively new, and not too good with water birds. Is this a Great Blue Heron?

Yep, with a pair of Mallards behind it.

It is a walking area at the Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona. I was doing my morning walk. No one is around at 7am :) Here are some photos of it and a link.
