Leucistic Cardinal?

This bird has been visiting my grandma's feeder in Southern MN, and she's been asking me what it is. Fairly certain it's a partially leucistic Northern Cardinal, but I'm sure she would appreciate a confirmation.

Looks like a female Northern Cardinal
