One is a small wren shape bird - most of the body is blue, wings and tail are brownish, no white markings. Would this be a IND Bunting?

Another bird is size of a brown head cowbird. The body is mostly white with black sploshes over body (not necessary on the head or wings), and a red patch on the breast. Beak is yellow and shaped like a grosebeak. This bird does not stay around long. Only for a month and then it is gone. There are two pairs at the feeders everyday. Does anyone know what kind of bird this could be?
