    Find that Bird - Round 11

    Can you find and identify the bird in the photo below?

    Please, post only the bird's ID, not where it's located in the photo!  This will give everyone a chance to play.

    By the way, unlike my previous rounds, this shot was not taken in Florida.  Here it is...

    Looks like some sort of flycatcher to me, but which I have no idea.

    Here's a big clue:  It is not a member of the genus Empidonax.  That should eliminate a lot of possibilities Smile

    OK, so it's not an Empidonax....  it's awfully yellow....   I'll just guess great-crested flycatcher, though I have serious doubts on that.

    Hmmmm.... got me stumped, lyceel!! Interesting color pattern. I can't find anything that matches it!! My initial impression was Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, but its color doesn't go along with the rest of the bird!

    well my last call was all wrong.  I was looking at lichen and bark thinking it was the bird. so now that i found it is it a nashville warbler?
