    LOL, that was good lyceel, even a cake!  I hope that at least 25% of those posts were entertaining.  I have learned a ton in the past year and looking forward to my next 1,000.  Thanks.

    Western Tanager doesn't appreciate being interrupted from its meal.

    That's great!  I really love the 2nd picture - that poor finch!  What did she do to deserve that!

    Bird memory has to be amazing.... I have Gilas hiding pecans all over my yard.  This Acorn Woodpecker pulled this acorn out of the wire connector.

    Some of the stuff birds eat really doesn't look appetizing.

    This beautiful egret was eating these little bitty fish - one after the other.  I can't believe how pretty these birds are, I wish we had more of them.  What this one was doing up here in November is beyone me.
