looks like a small pale robin

I am in Baltimore MD, watching birds taking fruit from wild ivy high up in a deciduous woodland.  There are a number of them.  It looks exactly like an eyebrowed warbler as illustrated/photographed on this website, which it simply cannot be since they are all apparently in the aleutian islands.  the other possibility is a says phoebe, but they eat insects. so that seems unlikely as well.  What are the other possibilities?

Although bigger than warblers, a group of birds eating berries is often comprised of Cedar Waxwings.
