Is this indeed a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher? If so, it is a bit out of place in North Florida. They are normally found in South Florida at certain times of the year.

I belive the Scissor-Tailed is actually the state bird of Oklahoma, though.
( Texas' bird is the mockingbird)
