Anna's Hummingbird eggs. This was last year, when an Anna's built a nest in a tree in our front yard. Unfortunately, the day after the eggs hatched, some predator found the nest & raided it.
We were really looking forward to seeing the young ones grow and leave the nest.
We did not inherit Mother Earth from our ancestors...... we have borrowed Her from our descendants.
