Yes, I agree with Chukar, however in the west it is an established species.

Thank you !!  We now call him Chuck (we're so original). We are in southern Wisconsin and he's been wandering the streets for a week or so now. He doesn't want to be caught, I'm just a little worried about him walking the streets and sidewalks, I thought the field next door would be a better place for him.  We last saw him on the roof of our building calling out.
