    Minor edit

    Attachment: rwbbhand2.jpg

I think I will go and get a good print made of this picture. I did a very minor edit here. Reduced the noise just a tad. Sharpened just a tad. Adjusted the exposure +0.07 and lightened the shadows 7%.

If you have any suggestions before I decide on a final edit I am more than willing to give it a crack before I decide on a final edit to be printed.

The ISO was 400 because the lighting was not great. In fact, it was a miserable cold and blustery day. But, I don't really mind a little noise/grain.

are you going to print this or get a commercial printer to do it?

if you are then I would suggest you go online and get a handle on sharpening for printing as it will vary from paper to paper and when you sharpen for printing at 300dpi you sizing is important or you may end up with a 2inch print the sharpening before you print will look horrible (over sharpened but the print for the paper you sharpen for will come out good).

If you are going to get it printed by a commercial printer (By that I don't mean CVS,Walmart etc) then give them the raw image they will work it in CMYK which is the commerical printing colors where as our inkjets are RGB

great it is a nice shot I would take the raw file to them let them do the edits printing sharpening depends on the type of paper that is used and there are so many different papers out there for example you need less sharpening for a glossy paper but you need more for a matt type paper the reason for this is the leeching of ink to paper and the amount matt will leech more than glossy so you have to compensate for this via the sharpening
