While birding, I'm sure we've all come across a tree or bush with a couple species in it. Or seen several different species on one lawn. I think it'd be cool if members osted interesting combo photos.
I had one photo somewhere of a puddle in a dirt parking lot..... bird bathing or eating grit included Cedar Waxwing, Barn and Tree Swallows, Goldfinches, Cardinal, Chipping sparrow and a fee Blue jays.
I took the photo below on May 31st of this year, at the McKinnley Reserve in Stratford, Connecticut (locally known as Great Meadow Marsh). Its not a very good photo, but nonetheless it was cool to see these paired up. I only wish I waited a few minutes because a fitz-beewing Willow FC laned just behind them, which would have been in the frame too.
