Observed this bird along a pond in Upstate NY near Rochester. Same bird as last photo? Blue on wings and tail?

what: Eastern Bluebird (female)

why: blue coloring on back, reddish upper breast and white lower breast, wide-eyed thrushy look

It looks spotted. Could it be a juvenile?
