I did look at your pictures but I'm like Tominator and have nothing to assist me with ID'ing any Korean birds. Maybe you could try doing a search on the internet of Korean Gulls and see what you come up with.

It is very cool bird from the pics you have there. I don't know your regional birds but when I looked at the 3rd pic, it reminded me of an Albatross. I think it was in part the size and shape of the "beak". Really I have no idea though. I would really like to see one of the albatross birds though.
