We saw this bird on our lawn, mostly solid light brown on top and the head, and rusty on the breast and stomach. It's the size of a robin but has white lower (outer) wing feathers, the light colour of brown/grey instead of black upper body, and a short, stubby beak like a grosbeak's. It is not a female grosbeak or an oriole.
