Unknown bird

Sorry for the poor photo, but can anyone tell what this bird is? My best guess so far is a common yellowthroat, but I honestly have no idea. Saw it in my yard earlier today. I have other equally poor photos if another would help.

Nice!! That'd be a welcome splash of color to my yard any day! (I fear, though, I'd never notice it for all the dandelions.)

Great! Another day of firsts! First common yellowthroat, and just what I am 99% sure is a yellow-bellied flycatcher was flittering about in some trees just outside my patio door (wish I had my camera around at the time!).

Common Yellowthroat for sure. Glad to hear about the Yellow-bellied. I'm told that they are becoming quite scarce.
