    Hello!

Hi, I have already posted on here a bit but I wanted to formally introduce myself.

BTW I didnt intend my email address to be my screenname, my computer autofilled it and I didnt notice...haha! oops! But you can call me Kara or sweetyk.

Anyway, I am a 25 year old stay at home mom with 2 boys. I have been intrigued by birds for awhile. I love photographing them. It's a challenge! I put a feeder in my back yard and casually watched as my bird visitors grew. I wanted to learn more about what kind of birds I was looking at and photographing so I found this awesome site! So far this forum has been very helpful and I have learned new things! I think I will enjoy this forum for awhile! Anyway, HELLO!

    Re: Hello!

Welcome - this is a great site and Im so glad I found it. I see tons of birds on our property and thanks to this site and my little pocket guide Ive almost ID them all. Its great to be able to see a bird and then check out this site and ID it right away (usually). This is one addiction you dont want to lose!
    Happy Birding!

    Re: Hello!

Welcome to Whatbird SweetyK!  THis is a great site.  We disagree sometimes but that's part of the learning process but we still get along and everyone is great about helping ID birds for you.  Our love for all things bird keeps us coming back and sharing what we know and have learned with others
