    window casualty

    I have a photo of three beautiful birds that flew into my window, killing two.  I would like to identify them as they are new to me (a novice birder).  They have a soft brown head and wing that fades to grey.  Wings are tiped with tiny bit of orange/red.  Tail is tipped with yellow.  I have a photo but no clue how to upload it.  Thank You, wsellis

    To upload your photo to your post, click on Options, then Add/Update, then Browse, select your photo, and choose Save. 

    By the way, I'm almost positive your dead birds are cedar waxwings -- they are gorgeous, aren't they?  Here's a photo of one for comparison:
