Oh, DC, how sweet. 15 years would be wonderful! My husband has been feeling quite well lately so we are hoping that the chemo is working. Even his doctor is amazed at how well he is doing. He will be re-scanned on the 19th after which we will find out if the cancer has shrunken or....not.
Oh, and by the way, we have two kitties who live in our home and two dog who live outside so we have the pet thing covered. ;))
So far he has been able to continue working (he doesn't even have to do any work just sit and point or more if he feels like it) His employer has really been great to allow him to do this. I think it's the least they could do after 32 years of faithful service. I do believe his health would decline if he had to stay at home so hopefully he'll be able to work for some time to come.
Well, anyway, we keep taking one day at a time and appreciating each one as if it were the last.
Thanks again for caring.
