    Hello From New Jersey

Hi All, I love photographing birds and looking forward to posting them here. I'm new to birding and love the challenge of photographing them. My only problem is I have no idea what I'm shooting. Looking forward to post some images of my birds and some ID help.

    Thanks, Anthony

For someone who has no clue what you are shooting you are an amazing photographer. I believe this is an American Birttern, and if I an right it might be the best photo I have ever seen of this bird.

    Hi Anthony,

I'm definitely in the amature category when it comes to bird identification, but best guess is an immature green heron.
