are you going to print this or get a commercial printer to do it?
if you are then I would suggest you go online and get a handle on sharpening for printing as it will vary from paper to paper and when you sharpen for printing at 300dpi you sizing is important or you may end up with a 2inch print the sharpening before you print will look horrible (over sharpened but the print for the paper you sharpen for will come out good).
If you are going to get it printed by a commercial printer (By that I don't mean CVS,Walmart etc) then give them the raw image they will work it in CMYK which is the commerical printing colors where as our inkjets are RGB
