Where: UTMB Galveston, hiding under building or trying to get in through 1st floor window. When: Oct 12 - 15th approx. Color that he's seen: iridescent purple head, strikingly orange breast, strong green on wings. Maybe an escaped exotic. I want to try to rescue but have no idea what its needs are.
