Ok so I didn't get a picture, I had put the camera away.
Here is my description: At the beach in Delaware, 3 Large birds came in across a school of fish and were grabbing them out of the water like a Hawk would. They were mostly white with patchy areas of grey they seemed to have a black line on their face, The sun was hitting them hard in the late day so it was very hard to see but I would guess they had a yellow or grey bill as I didn't notice a dark color. I think their talons were grey but I could be wrong. A huge Gull came in at the same time and these birds were just a touch bigger than this gull, but much bigger than the common gulls all over the place. They seemed to me some type of hawk.
I so wished I hadn't put away the camera! It was beautiful to watch them swooping and grabbing the fish. I would love to know what I was looking at. Any help would be appreciated.
