Hi there,
I wanted help identifying this bird. It was located by a lake in Wisconsin in the Dells area perched in a very high bare tree. It is a large bird, yellow talons, tan-brown head, and mottled body darker brown. any ideas? I was thinking of a juvenille eagle, but can't be sure. I have a photo I can emial, but can't quite figure out how to post the photo on this site. I did register and sign in so maybe it's under my name riznamo? Good Luck and please let me know.
