I looked at pictures on line, and I do not remember seeing any coloration on the back or wings. The bird I saw was gray except for the bight yellowish green underside. I do think it was some kind of flycatcher, though. There must be several varieties. Perhaps it was a female?
They are certainly not common here, and no one that I have asked around here has ever seen a bird like this.
