It is difficult to determine the colorations on the duck sitting on the water under the log.
What did you observe to be the true colors for the following?
1) It looks to have a light speculum but I can't tell if there is any other color associated with it?
2) The back looks dark but was there color?
3) There is a well-defined dark breast area. What was the color?
4) The head looks dark also but the picture give the appearance that there was a lighter shade either on the cheek and/or on park of the neck. What did you see?
5) Was it lighter along the sides and possibly into the belly area?
