Have twice spotted a new bird at feeder. Very similar to a crow in shape, eye, feet and beak. Is black bodied, with black feet and beak but with a white head and neck. Does not appear to have any other white. I live outside of New Orleans, LA in Slidell near the LA,-MS border. It hasn't stayed long enough for me to get a picture but feeds at the feeder which has a mixture of seeds which include sunflower, nuts, berries etc. I cannot not find this bird in any of my books.
