Hearbird CD seems to work but songs won't play ??

Hi, all:

I purchased the Hearbirds CD. It seems to work visually. I see menus, song patterns, etc. When the green line runs across the selected song pattern, I have no sound. I can play and hear the sample songs on the site's demo choices. Other CDs play normally. The Smithsonian Field Guide to Birds DVD plays...but, it's a DVD. I'd appreciate a solution.

If you want to listen to birds in the winter, do as I have done.

Place a microphone under an eave of your house (so it does no get wet), and run the wire into the house to the computer. In this way, one can listen to the birds sing and make other noises at my feeders.
