    #1 is definitely a chestnut-sided warbler

    I would call the Thrush a Veery.  It doesn't look quite textbook, with those lighter spots on its back and wing coverts, but the overall color is a redish brown, there isn't an eye ring to speak of, and the breast spotting appears light.  Maybe it's a juv?

    I agree, a chestnut-sided warbler and a juvenile veery.
