I've been in the ID forum for awhile now and thought I would hop down here and say hello, maybe meet some new friends.
I'm originally from Atlantic Canada, but moved here when I married my husband. I'm 27 now, and I'm not entirely sure how that happened. ;)
I go for a walk around the block every day for my health and take pictures of the birds I see. Periodically I go on a trip, or visit a new location for the day and get a new bird. I like to collect photos of them and keep a running count.
Since I've been moving fairly frequently since I got out of college, especially from one coast to the other, I'm left with a rather diminished social circle. I would love to have some other folks who might like to go for walks to see birds.
Besides my amateur photography (which is mostly used for getting and confirming IDs) I also do digital illustration and animation as a profession.
