    Blue Bird with Orange Legs

We saw this little blue bird in a butterfly observatory in North Carolina, so it could theoretically be from anywhere in the world.  Any ideas about what it is?

OK, as soon as I asked the question, I got an answer from my daughter.  Apparently, it is a Red-legged Honeycreeper,
Cyanerpes cyaneus, although the legs we saw were a bright orange --- not red.

Definately a Red-legged Honeycreeper. A friend banded birds in Costa Rica and Bolivia and got me a nice photo of one.
