Whatbird.com

I've tried three times to post and attach a photo in the bird id help forum.  I keep receiving the following message after I click on post:

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.

I've posted before w/o problem and can't figure out if I'm doing something wrong or if the problem is with the site.

Any help for this problem?

this is the 1st time I have seen the OOPS message.  It looks like it only happens when you are posting a photo, so maybe you are doing something wrong there.  try posting diffrent photo, maybe in an existing thread.  Good luck
