Really tough to tell from those pics... I can't find anything that fits exactly, closest thing would be a female Nashville Warbler, maybe? But it could just as easily NOT be that, I'd like to see a clear view of the eyering and less yellow on the tail for that to be the case. ::EDIT:: Maybe male Orange-crowned Warbler or female Common Yellowthroat, but there's more white than I like to see on either of those birds.

    Total birds seen: 205
    Latest lifers:
Brown Creeper, Field Sparrow, White-crowned Sparrow
    Favorite lifers:
Black-billed Cuckoo, Reddish Egret, Wood Stork

    I think it's an orange-crowned warbler.

Matty, I looked at various photos on websites (including this one) of birds fitting my bird's description, and I think Kryptos has a possibility with Nashville Warbler.  The Orange-crowned Warbler is entirely yellow underneath, and this one has some white so wouldn't that rule out Orange-crowned?  Of course I'm an amatuer when it comes to songbirds so maybe some others will know for sure?

I don't see anything to suggest an eyering, which is very prominent on a Nashville warbler, and there appears to be mostly olive and yellow in the upper half of the head where a Nashville would be gray.  I don't see that much white, maybe in the center of the lower belly (which wouldn't be too visible typically, but in the second photo the bird is practically showing that area off with its pose), and then there's some gray on the flanks, but both of those things are pretty normal for orange-crowned.

Here's a link to a photo (not mine) that looks like your bird, and you can see the gray on the flanks and the white on the belly.

Yeah, I think you may be right; if nobody else has another opinion, I'll call it an Orange-crowned - thanks.

    (Also, thank you, Kryptos)

I would go with Orange-crowned. The lack of a prominent eyering was really the kicker for me against Nashville, and caused me to revise my ID.
