Please Confirm Scissor-tailed Flycatcher or Not

Is this indeed a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher? If so, it is a bit out of place in North Florida. They are normally found in South Florida at certain times of the year.

They regularly turn up all along the gulf coast during the fall.  We've had at least four or five along the coast of Alabama this fall.  There have also been quite a few breeding pairs here in North Alabama for the past several years.  I wouldn't be surprised if the scissor-tailed flycatcher is staging a gradual range expansion.

One of the reasons I love driving through rural Texas in the summer.

I belive the Scissor-Tailed is actually the state bird of Oklahoma, though.

( Texas' bird is the mockingbird)
