    ID on tiny bird

I have been trying to figure out what kind of bird this little guy is. Let me start out with facts that hopefully will help in the identification of this bird:

    Location: Long Island, NY

Very small. Smaller than the House Sparrow.

Likes to climb up and down tall weeds and eat the seeds on them.

Has only shown up twice. Once in October 08 and now October 09 for one day each time

I have some blurry pictures that may help, because you can see some distinguishing marks on the birds back and the rest of its body.

I've tried posting this same post twice in the last month but it never went through for some reason.. I hope it does this time, this has been bugging me! I must figure out what kind of bird this is heh :)

Yeah, yellow-rumped warbler.  You can see the telltale yellow rump pretty clearly in picture 2.  They're all over the place this time of year, so keep an eye out and you should see more.
