Looks like Cooper's hawk.  The rounded tail favors this over sharp-shinned, but it's always struggle with those two.

Thanks for the quick response. I was leaning towards nothern harrier but cant quite tell if the rump is white, also may be the wrong time of year for florida.

Definitely a Cooper's Hawk. A Northern Harrier wouldn't be in this type of habitat, and they do not look much like this bird at all. A Sharp-shinned Hawk would look much smaller, and it would have a squared off tail. Anyways, it's a Cooper's Hawk.

Thank you Clyde. came home yesterday after work and there he was sitting on the fence. Grabbed the camera and took some shots through the sliding glass door.
