Warbler?

We live in Eastern NC and this bird (attached) visits our feeder. It eats what we put out for the Bluebirds: a suet mix and meal worms. My bird books put it in the Warbler family, but I'm not certain.

Interestingly, this warbler commonly comes to feeders for seeds and suet.
