we found these birds in our roof and had to move them as we were fixing the roof.  we are trying to find out what they are because we are going to take them to a rehabilitator tomorrow but they won't live through the night without food.  i'd like to know what food they need but need to know what they are first! lol

No food. Just put them in a box with air holes. Ignore them - and get them to a rehabber ASAP.

even so i would still like to know what they are.  my mom thinks they might be blue jays but i don't think they are.  i can't really come to any conclusions on what they are.

they are way too small to be able to tell what they are.  could be anything.

Birds roost at night so if you make their box dark and they have air holes they will probably sleep all night so I wouldn't worry about feeding them during the night.  Just leave them alone and let them sleep and get them to the rehabber as soon as they open.
