What kind of bird was it? Does anyone know!

I live in Ohio and I was out shopping when I saw a bird about the size of a robin with pure white wings and a light robin's egg blue body that was speckled with white spots. I have never seen a bird look like this. It was just flying with the other ones like it wasn't any different. Can anyone identify this bird?

Was this in a pet store?

No flying out side in the wild. I was shocked to see it. I think it was probably someones pet that was let go. But I would really like to know what it was.

My guess is that it was someone's escaped pet parakeet.  They come in different colors and one of them is the very robin's egg blue you described. If you Google "parakeets" and choose "images" you'll see a lot of photos.  Let us know if that's what you saw.

I looked up parakeets I did not see one like it but they are about the right size. But some of the birds were the right blue but most had black in them. This bird had pure white wings and a robin egg blue body with speckled pure white spots. I mean the white was so bright it was almost neon.

I agree with Snowy. I had a friend who used to breed parakeets, and some of them were the strangest color combinations. I am not sure if he had one that was blue and had white wings, but I'm sure it's possible.
