Whatbird.com

I was birding yesterday and recorded a bird song that I did not know.  I couldn't see the bird, at all, because it was about 7:45pm, raining, and I didn't have my glasses.

 

The sound file is clear enough that members here could identify my bird.  However, I do not know how to get the file on the site.  When I went to 'My Files' in the control panel, it said I do not have access to folders and to ask and administrator to set one up.....or something of the like.

 

Anyone know whats up????

I had the permissions set so that uploading and download files was disabled. Can you try again and let me know if it works?

You have to be a registered user to upload or download.

I turned it off as spammers can use this to spread viruses.

Hopefully it will not be misused.
