Need help with this interesting fella

I took this photo in Harpers Ferry, WV in February.  I can't find a match in any guide I have.  Help.

Beautiful bird indeed... Would love to see one of these... I believe it's a Bohemian Waxwing, not sure though, could be a Cedar..

The yellowish belly now leads me to think it's a Cedar... Hmmm

Cedar Waxwing--no doubt.  See red "wax" spots on wings.

Thanks all..I thought it looked lake a waxwing a bit, but pretty "chubby."   Here is a photo of a Cedar I took a few days ago in central NY...darker body but similiar appearance.

Yes, this is a Cedar Waxwing. Bohemians have yellow and white wing bars.

    Nice photo.

I agree ... Cedar Waxwing ... although the crest is a little fuller, the coloring and markings are identical to the ones who migrate through our area in the winter.
