    It's a flycatcher. Either an eastern pheobe or wood peewee.

    Did you notice whether it was pumping its tail?

    It has the darker head and upper body of a phoebe...also has less defined wingbars and lower bill is dark whereas the pewee has a yellowish lower bill.   Phoebe

    I agree with Nu_2_Birding.  It's an Eastern Phoebe.

    I would say with the gray coloring, I'd go with an Eastern Phoebe
